Respiratory assessments to monitor for changes 2x daily, and monitor for signs and symptoms of systemic spread. Health teaching (consistency and the importance of continuing treatment/medications, importance of proper nutrition, deep breathing and coughing exercises, and handwashing/proper sanitation). Consult with social work to evaluate living conditions and if client is at risk for further infections.
