Trans contains transsexuals, cross-dressers and gender atypical. Intersex people with chromosomes that do not correspond with male/female. A currently contested term: queer : means unnatural, eccentric, weird, used my mainstream people as term of abuse, appropriated by community; either celebrated or discouraged.
