Conjugal right has to do with mens right to sexual access to women. Origins of the family: rejects the biological origin of the family, family originates through conquest, pg 417, master and subject. Women are conquered by men: it appears that women have consented to their own subordination by agreeing to the social contract, or it has been imposed upon them. 3: women can no longer be self interested when they have children because they have to care for their children in the state of nature.
