Chimps eat from the fruit trees and females forage on their own. Don"t have opportunity to form bonds with each other. Mothers and young are independent from the group. Shows slight difference in environment can cause great change. Environment even leads to diff types of behavior (ie human adaption) that leads to diff types of brain structures: 50% date, 6% 69% apartment visit, 0% 75% sex. Vasopressin acts in area for reward pleasure for mating with female and staying with same vole. Vasopressin can also not act in the area for reward no pleasure for mating with same female. Can have a social fidelity but not sexual fidelity. Men concerned more so that woman does not have sex with others.
