Brazil was based on eating natural foods within their environment, but now are switching to high calorie, processed foods which is affecting health; large change in diet. Companies bring ultraprocessed foods which increase obesity rates; foods are high in salt, high in fat. Ultraprocessed foods cause obesity; isn"t food basically just a formulation. Enhancing nature; these foods are not bad for you. Need to make foods taste good or they won"t sell. Health is a state of complete, physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. Lay people often define health as the ability to function as relative - we compare to our expectations/peers.
