The search for crime gene: identical twins have higher involvement in crimes compares to fraternal twins, proof something is with genes. Focuses on relationship between physique (body type) and criminality. 3 major ideal body types: endormprophic: pear shape, round, soft, temperament: chill, mesomorphic jock, well built (most likely to be involved in criminality, temperament: outgoing, risk-taker, ectomorphic: fragile, thin, temperament: introversion, loner. Diet as influencing behavior (food), allergies, drug, trace elements. Twinkie defense: defendant experiences diminish mental capacity and is therefore not guilty of criminal behavior due to an over consumption of junk food. Uncharacteristically of dan white, usually heathy, once lost election ate shitty. Hypothesis on the relationship between learning disabilities and delinquency. Means you can"t competitively in academic environment, then acts out in aggressive ways.
