Proposal design: consistency, priorities of donors, countries, funder etc, capacity, does your intervention enhance the capacity to affect change, are you enhancing what is already good there, smart, resources. Is it realistic and competitive: are these available in the time frame that you can use them, partners, be specific, are there complimentary roles, be (cid:272)lear (cid:449)ith (cid:449)ho"s doi(cid:374)g (cid:449)hat. Charts, bullets, headings, illustrations, diagrams, etc. are good. General writing tips: use development terminology, use transitional phrases, write simply not with really long wordy sentences, maintain the theme throughout, ensure that writing is responsive to the rfp, compliance is critical!
