Implications for hr: quality & service, key market: to offer the fast food cutomer food prepared in the same high-quality manner world-(cid:449)ide, tasty m(cid:272)do(cid:374)ald"s. Instead of producing the same thing, i use the same distribution channel for a new product. Increase amount of centralization sell it cheaper than competitors. Human resources: downsize, use temporary workers, use part-time workers, no need for benefits, re-engineer, overtime, reduce management, outsource. Employee: possibly - poorly-skilled workers that can be easily replaced, routine jobs.
