Job summary - summarizes the job in a few sentences (what it is, how it is done, why) Job duties action-oriented style, lists job"s responsibilities or duties. Working conditions: facts about the situation in which the worker acts; includes physical environment, hours, hazards, travel requirements, and so on, associated with a job. Approvals supervisors are asked to approve the descriptions; approval serves as a further check on the collection of job analysis information. Job specification: a written statement that explains what a job demands of jobholders and the human skills and factors required. Indicates the knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics (ksaos) necessary.
