Forms of association: face to face interaction. A network of social ties and alliances. A collective governance: rj how to deal with problems in the community. A community of possibilities, not of problems. Community exists for belonging, and deals with citizen"s accountability. Community is not about retribution, isolation and fear. Sense of possibility- that"s not a problem.
