Pervasive, inflexible, and stable over time, leads to distress or impairment Affects different aspects or functioning Thinking patterns Experience of emotions Impulse control Interpersonal functioning 6-9% population. The mad, the bad and the sad Cluster A: Odd/Eccentric -schizoid, paranoid, schizotypal Cluster B: Dramatic/Emotional Antisocial, borderline, narcissistic, histrionic Cluster C:Anxious, Fearful Avoidant, Dependat, Obsessive-Compulsive Cluster B is related to criminal behaviour.
