Younger athletes they were slipped into their regular pills (not supposed to ask questions) Many girls have barely reached puberty when they started getting hormone pills parents were kept in the dark as well. The government poured money into cycling, rowing, gymnastics, swimming. To maximize muscle strength, the steroids were mixed with hard training. Trainers were paid by how well their athletes did in competition.
