Psychological health is in uenced by a variety of factors (ie)diet,sleep patterns, relationship issues. Abraham maslow adopted a positive outlook of psychological health and believed that the presence of wellness was of great importance. He described a hierarch of need one must work towards to achieve t=positive psychological health. Psychologically healthy people feel good about themselves. They feel comfortable with other people; they express their respect and feel compassion for them. They control their own tension and anxiety. People who are psychologically health meets the demands of life. They curb their own feelings of hate and guilt. To achieve these characteristics, their basic needs must rst be met. Psychological stems from a complex interaction among the mental, emotional, social and spiritual dimensions of ones life.
