" in this case, voice" covers social and discursive standpoints or perspectives, as people voice" their concerns, empower themselves with a view to bringing about social change. In literary studies, voice" can also relate to how a narrator tells their story, from what viewpoint. " we can also talk about a character"s distinctive voice" in a novel or a play.
