Many institutions and schools exist where we see successful stories where mainly privately funded institutions are making real change in people"s lives. These schools do not follow common policies where the teachers are powerful and students learn discipline. Many examples where include young people in process where avoid legal labelling. Those with legal issues in past, their history is disregarded so that they may move on with new hope. They give them that to make them feel as part of system and not considered outsiders or criminals. They do through giving little jobs like lawn cutting. Most of these examples are not publicly funded, but are privately funded and run. Suggests it"s not all dark, there are good examples where young people are respected.
