Up to 25% of disability costs could be avoided through early identification. Estimated mental health problems cost to canadian economy is in the excess and intervention measures of billion annually. Mental health issues could cost canadian businesses an estimated billion in lost productivity over the next 3 decades if not addressed. Fostering an organizational structure that promotes psychological health and safety in the workplace.
