In some situations, we might have more power while in other situation we may not have power. It is not helpful that say to compete for being victimized. Critical thinking is to identify by asking those 6 questions of how power operates. We have attached meaning to what things are and then drawn our own conclusions. We think that is natural for girls to love pink or for boys to be aggressive. Social constructions can change over time but should not be ignored. The attachment of formal meaning and how social constructions are learned (adichie reading) 1-throw social interactions 2-institutiosn like education system 3-culture (family or popular culture ) Paradigm is a module or framework that guides our actions and also impacts the way that we look into the world and understand the world. ( we often are not aware of the paradigm that we use ) Paradigm is the lens that you use it to look at the world.
