Syngman rhee - everything revolved around one man, he spent most of his lives in the us, his political behaviour was more of a late chosen. His ambition was conflict with the political system which he had been forced to adopt. Used as a political tool by the authorities to suppress any opposition. There many people had violated this law soon after the korean war has started. By 1951 rhee was able to collect a intellectual groups of power and loyalty which gained him 2/3 of the votes which won him the seat again for presidency. 1950-1960s the population of 50,000 in a city nearly doubled with urbanization (due baby boomers/industrialization). Education facilities and enrolment increased with the help of the us. Literacy rate rate to (cid:889)(cid:882)% of the population could read and write by (cid:883)(cid:891)(cid:888)(cid:882)"s because of the liberation.
