Health is not just the objective of living, not just responsibility of health sector. To strengthen community action and build healthy public policy is essential. Furthermore, empowerment and health literacy are key factors. Health literacy is the ability to access, understand, evaluate and communicate information as a way to promote, maintain and improve health in a variety of settings across the life course.
