If we dint get what we want, we are unhappif we get what we want, we are unhappy. > god takes interest in our lives, death is an evil, good life is difficult to attain, bad things are unendurable. Kinetic: arouse senses and produce agreeable sensantions pleasures of eating, drinking, sex, etc. Static: the pleasure one feels when all the pain has been removed. The pleasure of not feelong hungry, thirsty, etc. Death will only be evil if painful. Death robs abilitiy to exerince further pleasures.
