Axioms: constitute a set of assumptions about the entities and their relations (from which we can draw conclusions). Answer: there is one cat and one or more type of bug. Ideal/ultimate goal: own happiness (not momentary, apply to life as a whole). Right actions are those that look after and further our own happiness and well-being. We are interested in the long-term outcomes not the short- term outcomes. Well being (healthy life, survival) and being satisfied with one"s life. Satisfied is attitude, stance, acknowledging, accepting and feeling pleased with your life. Well being: pleasure (accounts for satisfaction as well) / perfectionism (excelling at things) Pain of not meeting the standard set out by her. When you set your standards right at the top your satisfaction will start going down in terms of accomplishments. When you set your standards low, you will become more satisfied with each little achievement and then feel more accomplished.
