In ancient greece, greeks knew that death is inevitable ===> the only immortality was to leave an impact in life. Homer was the instructor of the greek way of life according to iliad. Poems of homer became ethical texts that the greeks would follow. He is not however the king of greece. Being greek meant that everyone is the same culturally but different politically. Because agamemnon refused the request of the priest, apollo cursed the land and therefore, Achilles said fuck that, we"re about to die fam. Now greeks fought for time which is bullshit ass things you get like swords and shit and then having that you get klaus which is basically glory. Time is basically honor and not the personal, internal honor.
