Political parties aggregate people to join and the people talk with others and share ideas a shift of personal views in the group. Aggregate and converge to a common stance on an issue. Convergence they end up speaking the same language. Taking uneducated people and nurturing them into the ways of the party is a form of education (biased, but better than the chaos of uneducated people). Build a capitol of knowledge which is essential for political participation. If there is an extremist, the other members of the party will call the police. Political parties trying to capture the centre of the spectrum disempowers fringe elements. After being a part of a party, you are converged with the party (ex. language). Everyone in the party is mostly the same. Creates order in the hoc and politics because you know what the parties are going to say and argue. Most people can find a political family.
