The subtraneina water there are plenty sources but still are limited and if it is overused it dies away. The more scarce the water is the more problem and conflict there is. Aral sea is dying because of mismanagement from the time of the soviet era. There are over 16 golf courses in the middle of the desert. Each golf course uses 1. 16 million cubic meter of water. The river basin is the area of land drained by a river and also its tributaries. All the land surrounding this river becomes a river basin. When there are more than one country beside this river basin it becomes a common property then.
