Choice in healthcare means people who get a choice in healthcare, not everyone getting a choice in healthcare. Race and health is not a big topic in canada, because racism is not something canadian like to talk about, but it does exist. 33% of the black population of us can"t vote. This is because when people go to jail in many states you lose the right to vote. Have a picture of a white guy putting in the last spike of the railway, making it look like he was the one who built it, but really it was chinese immigrants. To prevent these immigrants from staying they created a head tax aswell as created a law in drugs to that many of these immigrants were doing to get them criminalize. Hmo (an insurance company) has contractional relationships with doctors, specialist, and hospitals. That means the unemployed or people who can not afford hmo premium.
