There are things that should be considered when you think about law and application to things that are artificially intelligent. Science fiction is a great tool to assist in thinking about how these rights may come about or might look like. There was anticipation that all robots formed by people would have to follow these rules. There has also been thought of robots created by people developing a zeroth law of robotics. This focuses on society as a whole and recognizes that robots understand humanity is important than a single person. This means robots shouldn"t injure humanity or inaction allowing humans to come to any harm. These are responsive laws to the idea of killer evil robots. This view of robots have become less frightening and more accessible to our legal norms. It has also allowed drama to come in conflicts where rules and loopholes exist.
