New 3d printer shapes objects with rays of light . Uses a light sensitive syrup-like liquid that then hardens when exposed to light. More smooth and flexible than previous 3d printers. Only takes a few minutes to print (versus hours) Sort of like shining an mri image onto it. Hog project you can work with a partner on phases 2 & 3. Recommend not to come to lecture on monday so can spend the time studying and then watch the lecture online later. Csm review session sunday 02/10 2-4pm in gpb100 for study prep for the midterm. Use slip days instead of being tempted to cheat ! Don"t cheat/ share code and don"t let people use your code/ cheat off of you. Lecture 15:15 to see fixed demo of a sound wave. Not something you will need to know how to do, just something cool. Must know that square takes one argument for when it calls square in the return.
