The big five taxonomy: the five personality dimensions or factors : conscientiousness dependable, organized, reliable, ambitious, hardworking, and persevering. Conscientious employees prioritize accomplishment striving, which reflects a strong desire to accomplish task-related goals as a means of expressing personality. They set higher goals and committee to meet the goals. Their organizational skills were valuable during first years of employment and ambitious nature became more critical as they gain tenure and experience. They are less likely to drink or drug, more likely to take preventive steps to remain healthy and less likely to do risky behaviors.
