Long arm statute ability to serve someone who has sufficient minimum contacts in the area of the trial (if your business corporate headquarters are in ky, but it happened in tn you can be sued in ky) Jurisdiction over the property of the defendant, solely the property. Ex you don"t pay taxes in a state, that state can seize the property to square up the money owed.
