In general, research shows that men and women are more similar than different. Men more likely to use alc, women use food. Human society requires the ability to regulate ones emotional. Some regulation is good to a degree reactions to the same degree. Emotions shape our behaviors and are accompanied by physiological arousal. Emotions can affect our lives, actions and performance.
