Social problems are natural and inevitable consequences of living in a society where those in power exploit their position. Young people saying that people in power are exploiting their position and not considering the reality that kids are dying. Wealth and influence are used to control many organizations. In many organizations, the way they maintain control is to replace someone with another person who looks like them. Ud had a woman as president a couple years ago. However, beforehand, only ever white men as the president. Usa presidency had social homogamy until barack obama as a half white president. Now we can put almost anyone in the white house. Typically in organizations, the higher ups seem to be males. Gender impacting the way that decisions are made. Nixon did not have the authority to allow illegal activities, but he had the type of personality that intoxicated people. An instructor of a class can give assignments, and grades.
