When we move to the state, there are 50 different systems. Lower courts in a federal system can help build the courts. They can react to precedents set by the courts, opening acts set by the courts, and closing acts set by the courts. Executive branch can smoke or hinder the implementation of decision. Supreme court aids implementation by not getting involved in the public opinion. Congress, state government, and president are going to do the implementations. Other interpreters of the law include lawyers, police. Lawyers won"t advise if they have concern about their client hurting someone in the future. Network of communications is when lawyers and police are notified about what is going on. Number 1 built in groups that aids the court at dissenting this information are lawyers. Lawyers are important in the implementation of the law. Non profit talks about if the supreme court decision was good or bad.
