Why would there be anguish in our own case: it appears that there is no wrong decision that we could make, we should not stress because things will turn out how they will turn out. If we are all free, then the freedom of others would appear to interfere with our own. Others will make choices freely that will inevitably interfere with our choices. Male nanny, attorney, scientist, small business owner, wfa player. People might believe that a male nanny is suspicious so they are not going to hire any male nannies so they won"t exist and there is no essence of a male nanny in the first place. Sartre even appears to acknowledge this in some passages (306). We decide what we are almost completely: but there appear to be a lot of objections . If we don"t succeed, just keep trying; it"s on us.
