Stakeholder: generally, anyone who is affected by decisions made within a business. More specifically stakeholder are considered to be those people who are necessary for the functioning of a business. Involves that most important question: how should we live? : refers to the standards that an individual chooses to live their personal life and the standards in which they live in community with others. Normative ethics: in normative discipline, ethics deals with norms and standards of appropriate and proper (normal) behaviour. It establishes the guidelines for determining what we should do, how we should act, what type of person we should be. Descriptive ethics: the standards that actually guide behaviour (the way things really are), as opposed to that standards that should guide behaviour. Ethical values: the properties of life that contribute to human well-being and a life well lives. Ethical values would include such things as happiness, respect, dignity, integrity, freedom, companionship, and health.
