The information given to the managers was different for the one given to workers, as managers were told that they had to make the workers move in order to obtain their dollar back. Where the workers were told not to move in order not to lose their dollar. This caused resistance to move among the workers and the managers had to take a lot of convincing in order to make the workers to move. The information between the two groups was clearly shared in round 3 where the managers decided to show their paper and the workers told them about the consequences of moving from their seat. The deal only cracked when both the groups knew about what each other had to lose and gain if they moved from the seats. The management group kind of forced a few members to get up from the seats even to an extend where one of the workers was about to get fired.
