Offer what it needs, it will serve you well: recommendations for health promotion and disease prevention. Dietary pattern: consume enough essential nutrients, including fiber, while moderating energy, solid fat, cholesterol, added sugar, and alcohol intake. Physical activity: do adequate, regular physical activity (at least 30 to 60 minutes on most or all days)
