Two SNPs are in absolute linkage disequilibirum. SNP1 has allele frequencies of 70% T and 30% C, and SNP 2 has allele frequencies of 30% A and 70% T. Calculate the observed frequencies of haplotypes in this population.

The answer is 30% CA and 70% TT, but I don't understand where this came from.
