I've been reading that over the course of the day, humanbody temperature follows diurnal rhythm with the lowestbody temperature observed some time close to the middle of thesleep episode, while the peak body temperature is observed sometime close to sunset.
I'm interested if humans have internal organ systems orbrain "sensors" that "read" the body temperature as a part ofsynchronizing their own internal circadian clock to the masterclock of the human body.
If there are indeed such sensors, then I'm interested if theycan be thrown "off track" by artificial heat sources, like hotfood, drinks or showers.
