How does altitude affect blood pressure? I know in high altitudes the pressure is lower, oxygen concentration is lower. If less oxygen enters the blood through the lungs, shouldnât the blood pressure drop? Many researches say the opposite, that is, an increase in both systolic and diastolic pressure
