Courts can act to prevent the misuse of its process: be unfair to the accused (fairness prejudice) or, bring the administration of justice into disrepute (integrity prejudice) Courts must step in if the circumstances violate sense of fair play or are oppressive/vexatious (don"t allow conduct that is abusive)
