Artwork made by individuals who have been undergone domestic violence. To me it means how i got hurt in so many ways- so i did my mask this way . I didn"t realize that abuse doesn"t always have to be physical. The majority of abuse in my life has been verbal - emotional - financial and controlling. I didn"t know that being neglected and taken for granted was abuse.
