Who, what, where, when, why: the three cs approach. Principles you need to observe to enhance teamwork: build an effective team. If possible, limit the size of the team to three or four members. Assign and assume responsibilities so that leadership and group interactions are clearly defined and understood: create schedules and meet deadlines.
