Heritage appliance company planned to establish a modern plant called river. The prime objective is to make this new plant a model for all the existing plans using modern equipments, new production processes. They aim to reduce processing and employees requirements costs. River woods plant manager has to use both his personal and position power to achieve the objectives set by the company and eventually overcome the challenges he/she faces in the new plant. Apart from marketing and sales, he/she has to use his authority to manage all the new plant"s functions and personnel. To achieve these objectives, the plant manager"s job is to gain the cooperation of all the organization"s components such as the top management team, employees, shareholders, suppliers and customers. The prime objective of heritage appliance company is to make river woods the successful model plant with modern production strategies. Their goal is lower operations and employees" demands costs.
