A culture of activism corporate elite is developed as a business community elite was formed into centralized network through fraser institute which was a club that sustained the business community. 1970s- elite created agencies of business activism called councils, roundtables and institutes hat brought leading capitalists together for explicitly political purposes: business activism has mimicked social movement activism.
