For instance a conversation between an adult and little child might be shot at two different heights. This is often called a pov shot: camera angles indicate a great deal about psychological or political message of the shot. Depth field: refers to the number of planes that are in focus at any given time. In a deep focus shot all of the planes are in focus. In a shallow focus shot only one, very narrow range is in focus: rack focus (pulled focus) allows the camera to shift its focus from one plane to another simply by adjusting the focus.
