Document Summary
Behaviour --> when your interacting with somone its thier behaviour that you see, in social psychology we talk about two behaviours verbal behaviour ( speaking and talkin ) what you say, Non-verbal: all the things we do that we dont say, we show it physically. Longest time given to you and the longest is a 30 second clip and researchers ask you to rate that person. Context--> situation what we get from someones behaviour it depends on situation, example of lady who is crying who won the olympics gold medalist, context provides additional info and allows you to accurately predict what your getting, Schemas--> set of expectations for any given sitation for person, or thing. what you expect is what you percieve in the environment. Fundamental attribution error (fae)--> (1)correspondence bias is first one however the extension is the(2)when your percieving yourself and you tend to make external atttributions to your errors.
