Connected to the cosmos: not just the earth, we are all embedded. Activism: acknowledge that we have to become active so that everyone can realize the connection to nature. Elements of worldview: interdependence between macro and micro. This connection was shaped by the cosmic man, evolved from the cosmos. Microcosm affects macrocosm: 5 elements (earth, wind, fire, space, water) Every element is a creation of mixed elements coming together. Deep understanding of hinduism makes us understand deep ecology. We are nature, we cannot escape it. Elements create existence, we are created by these elements. The world is constructed: we are an extension of the greater whole, cosmos. Reflection on embedded nature leads to self realization: spiritually powerful, we are part of a larger whole. Actions, behaviour, impact the larger whole (cosmos) Removing bonds that tie you to material existence. Using physicality to harness deep understanding of being embedded in the cosmos. Also to understand we are embedded in nature.
