Tldr: place in mexico where a ton of girls are raped and murdered. All of these girls happen to work at this manufacturing plant owned by some us company. Question is if they should be responsible for the death or do something to prevent it like giving them security. Government doesn"t take it seriously, tons of cases are not solved. They blame the woman for dressing a certain way. The taxes paid on the business goes to the government but they don"t do shit. Criminals can hire people to murder others from jail at a piece. Crime is a issue but people think cops are part of the problem for not taking it seriously enough. The reason the factory is here is because labour is very cheap and thanks to nafta, gives them a reason to set up shop here. They barely get paid dollars a day for what they do.
