Corporations only care about profit and nothing else. Corporations were given the rights of person but a person with no morals, these laws were designed for shareholders. Corporate citizens have no soul or body to incarcerate: they used rights that were originally for slaves in their benefit, the law and the general public? judges applied rights to capital and property while stripping them from people. What does this say about the relationship between power and crime in our society: crimes are dealt with fines, they just cover it up. Criminal definitions imposed by those in power. Legal fines for crimes just become a part of companies budget.
