The officer grabs the boy by his arm, yells at him to put the candy bar back and has the shop owner call his parents. The following scenario described above is referred to as: systemic discrimination, institutionalized discrimination, contextual discrimination, individual discrimination, a group of 20 individuals are being detained for various crimes. These individuals are all men and of these men 8 are employed while the other 12 are homeless. The crimes committed aren"t too serious so they are all given bail. However only the eight men who are employed are able to afford it.
